Institutional structure

Wilmer Solórzano, CEO and founder.

A Venezuelan leader born in 1983 in the state of Guárico. His journey is marked by a clear idea: to serve, build and transform lives through structures that sustain themselves.

Wilmer Solórzano, CEO and founder

From an early age, he showed social awareness and a strong sense of family and community responsibility. Those values became a philosophy of change, perseverance and action, and today shape Fundación VNE.

His leadership is grounded in ethical principles, a humanist vision of development and the conviction that progress comes when people have opportunities, tools and structures to advance on their own.

He sees the foundation as more than an isolated project: a far-reaching institutional model designed to create structural impact and contribute to the social and economic transformation of communities and countries.

How it is organized

Permanent strategic areas ensure coherence, continuity and scalability. The team brings together professionals, collaborators and partners. Each person has a specific role, guided by institutional and ethical responsibility. Public representation is limited to strategic positions.
