Information submitted through forms may be stored in the application database to manage and follow up on the request. Administrative access is restricted to authorized users. Do not submit passwords, full card numbers, sensitive banking information, or data that is unnecessary for your request through the forms.

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the request’s purpose, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. The specific period may vary by record type. Technical and security logs may be kept for shorter periods or as operational needs require. When data is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymized where feasible, subject to legal obligations and backups.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website integrates Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure traffic and performance, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to mitigate automated traffic on protected forms. We do not claim that the website is free of all measurement or security technologies. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect that a communication or account has been compromised, contact the Organization through its official channels.

7. Your requests and rights

To protect individuals, we may request reasonable information to verify identity and clarify the request.
