Productive social investment

Proyecto Génesis

A private initiative with economic impact: self-sustaining, measurable productive systems with the potential to inform public policy, without expanding the state apparatus.

What it is

Proyecto Génesis

Génesis proposes a structural alternative to prolonged assistance. Its focus is real productivity, business creation and independent income, enabling currently excluded populations to operate as entrepreneurs and formal economic participants.

The design prioritizes self-sufficiency, progressive economic responsibility and productive integration, without dependence on permanent public funding.

Where the capital goes

  • Initial productive infrastructure: agritourism complex, businesses and services.
  • Incubation of formal microbusinesses.
  • Economic activity that generates revenue and reinvests it.

How to understand the return

  • Financial sustainability of the ecosystem.
  • Reduced dependence on assistance.
  • New formal economic enterprises.
  • Evidence to replicate the model and, later, adopt it institutionally.

Pilot in New York State

The first phase is a sustainable agritourism complex in rural New York. It serves as a productive hub, financial engine and validation platform.

  • Agrifood production
  • Basic product processing
  • Experiential tourism
  • Direct sales
  • Related services

This combination creates a microeconomy able to adapt to local and regional demand.

Self-sustainability

The complex's revenue should cover operating costs, be reinvested in infrastructure and support new microbusinesses.

The goal is formal economic enterprises within the US legal framework, without ongoing subsidies.

Scalability

Génesis is not an isolated intervention. Its modular design allows a small start, evidence-based validation and the addition of productive modules. It can adapt to other US territories and later be replicated in Latin America — including Panama and Venezuela — while maintaining operational and financial coherence.

Institutional value

Scalability of the Génesis modelImpact of the Proyecto Génesis program

The project offers a tool for economic integration based on measurable results, fiscal responsibility and formal activity. The evidence supports better decisions and demonstrates structural alternatives to prolonged assistance.

Who can take part

  • Private social investors
  • Business owners
  • Strategic partners
  • Institutions interested in sustainable economic development

Participation is agreed through clear arrangements aligned with financial sustainability, measurable impact and the model's long-term outlook. We do not publish figures from other programs: Génesis's impact will be measured through the pilot's results.
