Territorial model

An integrated system for social and economic development.

A Casa VNE brings together training, economic activity and participation in one territory to foster autonomy, productivity and cohesion. It is designed to grow, adapt and be replicated.

Components of the model

  1. 01

Training for children and young people

Practical skills, productive thinking and values for participation in economic and social life.

  2. 02

    Adult participation

Professionals, entrepreneurs and volunteers serve as trainers, mentors and project implementers.

  3. 03

    Community collaboration

Every member has an active role. Cooperation is practical and focused on sustaining the system.

  4. 04

    People and skills

The model grows with those who choose to contribute knowledge, experience or work. It does not exclude.

A pilot with a systems perspective

Casas VNE is the starting point for a broader model: a laboratory where structures are designed, tested and refined, with the potential to scale regionally and nationally based on real experience.
